7-day return window

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.

What we can accept

• The item is unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories.
• You have the invoice or the order number.

What we cannot accept

• Innerwear, cosmetics and other hygiene-sensitive items once opened.
• Damage caused after delivery.

Refund timing

bKash refunds reach you within 5-7 working days of approval. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bKash transfer to the number you ordered from.
